Hello all! Let's jump right in shall we?
Last week my husband and I purchased our first home. It's a charming red brick ranch in a lovely neighborhood. However, it is a 70s time capsule, to put it nicely. It needs some major TLC in the beauty department. But it has good bones and we were able to see past it's not-so good looks and snag ourselves a gem.
